Our concept is to add a «hint» of flavor to make the drink refreshing and enjoyable. It’s possible to adjust this if one desires a little more or a little less flavor. Similarly, caffeine and vitamins can be added according to preference and needs. Here, we also ensure that we stay well within recommended daily doses, and the customer can make some adjustments to the quantity if desired.
Several Waterwell customers give feedback that they have reduced their coffee consumption a lot after using the solution and that they are experiencing good health effects. Absence due to illness is reduced and the employees have higher energy and productivity.
The Waterwell dispenser is very easy to maintain. We recommend wiping the screen with a cloth daily, beyond which there is no maintenance work required. Customers can easily change flavors and additives when needed. It’s a Bag in Box (BiB) system where you simply replace the BiB when it’s empty; we estimate changing it 1-2 times per month for an average office environment. A service agreement ensures an annual service where we come out and ensure that the dispenser is functioning at 100%. Typically, the dispenser is cleaned, and some worn parts are replaced.
Waterwell is a very useful environmental initiative that companies can include in their environmental accounts. The dispenser is always connected to the local water supply, eliminating the need for transportation and storage as in traditional bottled water or water jug sales.
